East-West All-Star Cup Nomination Form

This year, the East-West All-Star Cup Nomination Form is a .pdf form that you can download from the links listed at the right in light blue. Both boys and girls nomination forms are identical. Next year, we hope to have a secured login for you or your athletic director to send in nominations electronically and not have to fill out paperwork through the mail.

IHSSCA member head coaches may nominate one SENIOR player from your team and you may nominate three other SENIOR players from other teams regardless of gender. To join the IHSSCA click here.

There will be four total teams for the East-West All-Star Cup games. One boys team representing the West portion of Iowa and one for the East. There will also be one girls team representing the West portion of Iowa and one for the East.
