All-Star Cup Information

Each year, in cooperation with the
Des
Moines Menace Premier Development League soccer team, the
IHSSCA presents both the Boys and Girls East-West All Star Cups.
The Cup games offer an opportunity for recently graduated seniors to
play alongside their peers in an exhibition with additional
publicity. The games are played immediately prior to Menace
home games, with player recognition during halftime of that
evening's Menace game. Players are nominated and selected by IHSSCA-member coaches. Participants take part in two practices, enjoy dinner the night before the game, have lunch the day of the game, and receive a commemorative jersey. Coaches for each team are selected by IHSSCA peers. |
